NEWBRIDGE FAMILY RESOURCE CENTRE

Welcome to Newbridge Family Resource Centre

Welcome to Newbridge Family Resource Centre (NFRC), where we have been supporting the local community since 1984. For over four decades, we have worked alongside individuals, children, families, and community groups to create opportunities, strengthen connections, and promote wellbeing throughout Newbridge and the surrounding areas.

Our mission is to provide high-quality community development initiatives and family support programmes that respond to the evolving needs of our community. We offer a wide range of services and activities for children, young people, adults, and families, helping people build confidence, develop new skills, and access the support they need.

In addition to our community and family support services, we provide a high-quality childcare service in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

At the heart of everything we do is our friendly and welcoming drop-in service. Whether you are looking for information, guidance, practical support, or simply someone to talk to, our team is here to listen and help connect you with the services and resources that best meet your needs.

Newbridge Family Resource Centre is proud to be one of 136 Family Resource Centres across Ireland. Family Resource Centres are community-based, not-for-profit organisations governed by voluntary Boards of Management and funded by the Tusla Child and Family Agency. Together, we work to empower individuals and families, strengthen communities, and provide accessible supports that help people navigate the challenges of everyday life.

At NFRC, we believe that strong communities are built through partnership, inclusion, and respect. We are committed to creating a welcoming space where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

We look forward to welcoming you to Newbridge Family Resource Centre.
